Our structural drying program is based on the size of the room, number of rooms and extent of the water damage. This is priced on water damage from a clean source such as Category 1 type water loss. Drying packages start at $900 per day. Pricing is calculated on the number of equipment needed. Please note that in most cases drying times can be between 3-5 days minimum.

Our Sewer Back Up Cleaning and Restoration Services involve the Basic Structural Drying plus a detailed cleaning and disinfection of surfaces affected by a Category 2 or Category 3 water loss. Pricing depends on the source, severity and extent of the water damage. Packages start at $5,000 for small to medium sized areas depending on size, layout and contents.

Mould Remediation
Our Mould Remediation services always include full pressurized containment for the affected area. We follow the most stringent mould remediation guideline in the industry to return your home back to the way it was. Packages start at $2,500 to $2,900 per day and in most cases take a minimum of 2-5 days to complete for small to medium sized mould damage. Larger sized mould remediation jobs welcome.
